Store Manager

Full-time · London

We are very thrilled to announce that we are opening our first MR MARVIS store in London. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager, who is available fulltime, including a weekend day. The store is expected to be opening in July, and therefore the start date would fall in June.

Our shops are MR MARVIS' calling card! We want customers to have the same great experience in our shops as they do in our webshop. Here, they can not only see our collection up close, but also feel the quality and discover the perfect fit. Visiting our shops really brings MR MARVIS to life!

Our shop concept is unique. We have 1 size of all products on display to inspire the customer. Our style advisors are an important part of the experience we offer our customers. They take the customer on a journey to find the perfect outfit. Everyone working in our shops plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

The physical shopping experience seamlessly links up with the digital experience: customers can explore our collection on iPads at the fitting rooms, customer data from the webshop is available in the checkout system and after purchase, they receive the receipt by e-mail. Shopping with us is more than just buying products. It is an experience you look back on with a positive feeling.

About MR MARVIS

MR MARVIS is a fast-growing Amsterdam-based men's fashion brand dedicated to creating the perfect shorts, trousers and tops. Our brand has been rapidly expanding since its launch in 2016, with now 15 physical shops in vibrant cities such as Amsterdam, Antwerp, Munich and Brussels and a strong online presence across Europe.

Following the successful launches of our first shops in Amsterdam and Antwerp, we have added eight shops in the Netherlands, three in Belgium and two in Germany. In our shops, customers can discover all shorts, trousers and tops. We want to make this experience as enjoyable as possible. While one customer tries on the perfect pair of shorts, another can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or a Peroni 0.0 beer.

Our mission is to spread positive energy and make people feel marvellous. We do this by creating iconic designs, offering excellent service and making conscious choices for people and planet. Timeless designs, sustainable material choices and local production are our top priorities and everything is made in Portugal. We are the largest Dutch clothing brand with a B Corp Certification. This label is only awarded to companies that demonstrably make a positive impact and contribute to a better world.

Sustainability goes beyond responsible production and sales - at the end of the day, it is also about people. That is why we are committed to various voluntary activities. For instance, our employees visit nursing homes and dance with the elderly to combat loneliness. Furthermore, we help renovate houses for the homeless and every year we brave the cold in our shorts for one day to raise money for KiKa, a foundation fighting childhood cancer. We also give something back to nature with initiatives such as Plant-a-Tree Friday . Last December, for instance, our team planted 200 trees in the Netherlands.

We want our employees to feel marvellous. That is why we offer pension schemes and disability insurance and give them the opportunity to invest in personal growth and development. We also provide a healthy and pleasant working environment on the shop floor. A delicious lunch is provided every day and employees get access to a wellbeing budget that allows them to book sports classes, buy healthy meals or get a discount on a loan bike. In addition, we double every donation an employee makes to charity.
