We are looking for runners for our MR MARVIS Store in Knokke. Will you help us welcome customers and keep the shop + stock room tidy? This vacancy is available immediately, so don't wait too long to apply!

Over MR MARVIS 

MR MARVIS is een snelgroeiend Amsterdams mannenmodemerk dat zich volledig richt op het maken van de perfecte shorts, broeken én tops. Ons merk breidt zich sinds de lancering in 2016 snel uit, met inmiddels 15 fysieke winkels in bruisende steden zoals Amsterdam, Antwerpen, München en Brussel en een sterke online aanwezigheid in heel Europa.

Na de succesvolle lanceringen van onze eerste winkels in Amsterdam en Antwerpen, zijn er acht winkels in Nederland, drie in België en twee in Duitsland bijgekomen. In onze winkels kunnen klanten alle shorts, broeken en tops ontdekken. Deze beleving willen we zo plezierig mogelijk maken. Terwijl de ene klant de perfecte korte broek past, kan de andere genieten van een verse kop koffie of een Peroni 0.0 biertje.

Het is onze missie om positieve energie te verspreiden en mensen een marvellous gevoel te geven. Dit doen we door iconische ontwerpen te creëren, uitstekende service te bieden en bewuste keuzes te maken voor mens en planeet. Tijdloze ontwerpen, duurzame materiaalkeuzes en lokale productie staan bij ons voorop en alles wordt gemaakt in Portugal. We zijn het grootste Nederlandse kledingmerk met een B Corp Certificering. Dit keurmerk wordt alleen toegekend aan bedrijven die aantoonbaar een positieve impact maken en bijdragen aan een betere wereld.

Duurzaamheid gaat verder dan alleen verantwoord produceren en verkopen – het draait uiteindelijk ook om de mensen. Daarom zetten we ons in voor verschillende vrijwilligersactiviteiten. Zo bezoeken onze medewerkers  verzorgingshuizen en dansen ze met ouderen om eenzaamheid tegen te gaan. Verder helpen we met het renoveren van huizen voor daklozen en trotseren we elk jaar één dag de kou in onze shorts om geld op te halen voor KiKa, een stichting die zich inzet tegen kinderkanker. We geven ook iets terug aan de natuur met initiatieven zoals Plant-A-Tree Friday. Zo heeft ons team afgelopen december 200 bomen geplant in Nederland.

What's on a typical to-do list:

• Welcoming visitors enthusiastically and ensuring an excellent customer experience;

• Ensuring a well-groomed appearance of the shop, inside and outside;

• Ensuring an orderly stock room;

• Assisting colleagues in the fitting rooms;

• Providing customers with a cup of coffee, tea, water during their shop visit.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?

• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?

• Customer oriented?

• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?

• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)? 

• Fluent in both Dutch and English?
