Operations & Fulfilment Manager

As our Operations & Fulfilment Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end to end fulfilment of all global online and retail orders. From managing logistics partners and warehouses to optimising delivery performance and the returns flow, you’ll play a critical role in the further professionalisation of the Supply Chain of MR MARVIS.

Working in E Commerce demands a highly efficient and well organised fulfilment strategy. Online shoppers experience many technological advancements in fulfilment (same day delivery, pick up points, etc), which in return result in higher customer expectations. To live up to these expectations our operations need to be on point.

You’ll oversee the operational performance of our logistics service providers (in the Netherlands and the UK), ensuring they meet the MR MARVIS standards. You’ll be the solid and senior negotiation partner for all external logistics and warehousing partners, ultimately to improve our service while keeping an eye out on our costs.

With the rapid growth of our retail footprint, from 2 to 18 stores in just two years, retail replenishment and fulfilment has become increasingly important and you’ll be continuously looking for ways to optimise store replenishment.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimise the full operations & fulfilment process—from order to delivery—for both E-commerce and Retail;

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and stores, resolving fulfilment issues proactively;

• Track key performance indicators and use data to drive operational decisions and improvements;

• Manage logistics partners and carriers, monitor performance, and initiate joint improvement projects;

• Analyse delivery and warehouse data to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency;

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across both online and retail operations;

• Oversee the returns process, including return handling, reconditioning, and restocking flows;

• Ensure seamless collaboration between warehouse operations, logistics, and retail teams to support smooth store openings and daily operations.

• Lead a team of two FTE, supporting the field of Operations & Fulfillment.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain—preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced scale-up;

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field;

• A hands-on mentality with strong project management skills;

• Analytical mindset—you know how to turn data into insights and action;

• Experienced in process improvement and familiar with IT systems and tooling;

• Skilled in stakeholder management—you build strong relationships and get people on board;

• Able to operate on both strategic and operational levels;

• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and always looking to improve.
