As our Retail Recruiter, you will join the Talent Acquisition team based in Amsterdam, taking ownership of the end-to-end hiring journey for our retail store teams across Europe. From finding inspiring Store Managers who lead with purpose to discovering passionate Style Advisors who create exceptional in-store experiences, you will help shape the teams that represent MR MARVIS every day.
As the main point of contact for retail recruitment, you will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, sourcing and proactively approaching outstanding candidates, and ensuring every new hire reflects our culture and values.
Together with our HR Retail Business Partner and Retail Area Managers, you will translate hiring needs into smart recruitment strategies. You will create meaningful connections with candidates, deliver a smooth and friendly process, and ensure that every step of the journey reflects the warmth and optimism that define MR MARVIS.

What you'll do
Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for all MR MARVIS retail roles across Europe, including Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Style Advisors;
Partner closely with Retail Area Managers and Store Leaders to understand current and future hiring needs;
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by proactively engaging with local networks and potential candidates who embody MR MARVIS values;
Support new store openings by planning recruitment timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the right team capacity for each launch;
Promote vacancies through targeted channels to attract high-quality candidates efficiently;
Source, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What you'll bring
For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.
3-4 years of experience, in-house or agency, ideally recruiting across multiple European markets;
Strong affinity with retail recruitment; experience hiring store staff is essential.
Willingness to occasionally travel to store locations; you enjoy going out to meet and connect with potential new team members.
Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline recruitment processes;
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You naturally connect with both candidates and hiring managers;
A hands-on, organized approach that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
You genuinely enjoy creating a memorable, positive candidate experience that reflects the energy and culture of MR MARVIS;
Fluent in English; Dutch, German, or French is a strong plus.
