As our Senior Buyer & Planner, you’ll play a key role in turning creativity and commercial ambition into reality. You’ll be responsible for translation our collection plans and sales forecasts into accurate production orders, making sure every pair of shorts, trousers and tops arrives at our distributions center in The Netherlands right on time.

In this role, you’ll manage the full buying cycle: placing and following up on production orders, monitoring supplier performance, managing timelines, and ensuring the right quantities are delivered in line with our planning and growth targets. You’ll also take the lead in negotiating with suppliers and monitoring cost price, ensuring both our quality standards and commercial goals.

You will work closely with our production partners and internals teams to guarantee smooth operations - balancing inventory, demand and capacity across seasons.

Your sharp analytical skills, eye for details and strong communication make you the crucial link between our commercial goals and our operational execution. You’ll continuously look for ways to improve processes, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance efficiency - helping us scale internationally while maintaining the quality, precision, and energy that define our brand.

What you'll do

As Senior Buyer & Planner, you will own the production planning process and play a pivotal role in shaping our operational scalability. You will be the link between sales forecasts, material procurement, and supplier capacity - ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and sustainable production.

Your first priorities will be to establish a robust S&OP process and improve our ERP (Odoo) for production planning and inventory. Beyond planning, you will negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, manage material flows, and provide insights that enable strategic decision-making.

You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Sourcing & Production team, our operations team in Portugal and our suppliers and subcontractors. You will report directly to our CPO.

  • Take full ownership on the entire production planning process - from forecasting to delivery - ensuring continuity, efficiency, and on-time execution across all product categories.

  • Translate sales forecasts into detailed, long-term production schedules, balancing demand, supplier capacity, and material availability while proactively accounting for all lead times.

  • Manage and optimise the full buying process, from raw material procurement and annual price negotiations to placing and tracking production orders, aligning delivery timelines, and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers.

  • Ensure date accuracy and visibility by maintaining ERP (Odoo) for production planning, stock control, and reporting.

  • Contribute to building and executing a a company-wide S&OP process, aligning production, supply chain and sales to support scalable international growth.

  • Develop and track KPIs to measure supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and production efficiency, driving continuous improvements across operations.

  • Build and report on budget performance by comparing actual results with forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Management and Finance for informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with our production partners, occasionally traveling to Portugal and other countries to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment on capacity, quality and timelines.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Textile/Fashion Management, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree in Operations or Business Administration is a plus

  • Experience: 7+ years in production planning, supply chain, or operations — with proven experience in S&OP leadership and supplier management, and commercial negotiations that deliver both value and partnership.

  • Systems expertise: Strong Excel (advanced formulas, Solver, VBA a plus), ERP knowledge (Odoo, SAP, or MRP systems).

  • Analytics: Skilled in using data and BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SAS, or similar) to build dashboards, run scenario analyses, and support decision-making.

  • Proven communication and negotiation skills; Fluency in English required, Portuguese or Spanish a plus.

  • Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Industry knowledge: Experience in the Fashion industry experience is a strong advantage; broader supply chain expertise from FMCG/retail also valuable.

  • Mindset: Proactive, solution-driven, highly organised, and relationship-oriented – always looking ahead and acting with ownership.
