We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical Marketplace Account Manager to operate our third-party (3P) business model with platforms like Zalando, optimising performance and turning this into a successful growth engine for MR MARVIS.

You will play a pivotal role in driving online sales, expanding our market share, and building strong, lasting partnerships, both externally with platforms and internally across departments. The ideal candidate understands the mechanics of working within a 3P setup, loves diving into data to extract actionable insights. From campaign execution to technical integration, this is a broad, hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership and impact.

After a successful launch in 2016 it has become the #1 shorts brand in the Netherlands! What you'll do

  • Marketplace Management: Own the day-to-day operations of marketplace accounts (e.g. Zalando), ensuring optimal performance and smooth execution across listings, pricing, and availability.

  • Account Development: Act as the main point of contact for marketplace partners and integrators like ChannelEngine or Tradebyte. Drive business growth through continuous optimization and collaboration.

  • Marketing & Activations: Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Ensure the right products and messages are live at the right time.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and product visibility to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.

  • Trade Budget Management: Allocate and manage trade marketing budgets strategically to support campaign ROI and hit key business targets.

  • Technical Integration: Coordinate with IT, Sales, and masterdata teams to ensure system flows, feeds, and integrations work flawlessly.

  • Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and 3PL partners to manage stock availability and outbound shipments in line with clearly defined SLAs.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, and IT to align on strategy and resolve challenges quickly.


What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital account management, marketplace management, or E-commerce, preferably with Zalando or similar platforms. A background in online marketplaces or concessions—internship or early career experience is also valued.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g. Excel, Looker, or similar).

  • A commercial mindset: you see the bigger picture but know how to dig into the details.

  • Familiarity with marketplace integrators is a bonus.

  • Experience with retail or fashion is a big plus.

  • Proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial – you enjoy building things from the ground up.

  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or German is a bonus.

  • For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.
