Customer Experience Agent (German Speaking)
Winter is just around the corner and that means sales of our newest sweaters, jackets and trousers as well as our famous original products are in full swing. In order to help all our customers in the best possible way, we are looking for additional employees who have a flair and passion for outstanding customer service.

The MR MARVIS Customer Experience Team is a group of young, talented people who provide our customers with the best possible service every day. For this position, in addition to working in the Amsterdam office, it is also possible to work partly from home.
MR MARVIS is a fast-growing clothing brand based in Amsterdam, dedicated to designing the perfect shorts and pants for men. After a successful start in 2016, we are now the number 1 shorts brand in the Netherlands: more people google “MR MARVIS” than the word “shorts”! At MR MARVIS, we offer our customers a first-class service. This is only possible if we manage to offer everyone a unique and personalized experience that puts a smile on their face! As a Customer Experience Agent, your tasks will include:
Daily customer support via email, phone, chat and social media
Look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond industry standards
Processing returns and reviews on Trustpilot or other portals
Be the voice of the customer by improving the customer experience in close cooperation with a well-coordinated team and provide customer feedback to the company
You don't have to fulfill all the points on the list below. We recognize talent and a “can-do” attitude when we see it:
Registered and resident in the Netherlands (this is mandatory)
Highly proficient in spoken as well as written German and English (ideally native speaker in German, fluent in English)
You are available at least 16 hours per week, including at least 8 hours regularly during the weekend.
Please note: Please note: During your first 2-3 weeks at MR MARVIS, we would like to train and familiarize you from the office during the week if possible, so that you can also get to know your team well and always have help at your side if you have any questions. However, due to the public holidays in December, it is possible to work abroad around the holidays or between the years.
After that, the position can be hybrid, i.e. approx. 60% from the office and 40% remotely (in the Netherlands).
€16.08 per hour (incl. 9.6% vacation pay and 8% vacation allowance)
Bonus: up to 10% per month (50% individual KPIs, 50% team KPIs)
