Customer Experience Agent (French Speaking)
MR MARVIS is looking for you! We are hiring a new part-time (16h minimum per week) French-speaking Customer Experience Agent living in the Netherlands with a flair and passion for outstanding customer service.
The MR MARVIS Customer Experience Team consists of a group of young, talented people who provide the best possible service to our customers every day. In addition, we also like to laugh together and enjoy the free lunch provided by MR MARVIS and Friday drinks with each other.
In your first month at MR MARVIS, you will be expected to work all your shifts from the office for training and onboarding purposes. Afterwards, in addition to working in our beautiful Amsterdam office, it is also possible to work partially from home. As a rule of thumb, we prefer employees to be in the office for 60% (3d/w)

You are supporting our customers with incoming questions/comments/inquiries across all channels: mail, phone, chat and social media
Representing the ‘voice of the French customer’: pitch & implement ideas on how we can improve our overall customer experience
You will look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond standard customer experience (e.g. sending little gifts, handwritten notes and creating videos) making every pre- and post purchase touch moments one to remember
You support administrative tasks surrounding the customer experience, from handling returns to responding to ratings and reviews online
Tracking your own performance and provide customer feedback to the company.
What you'll bring
You don't have to meet all of the requirements in the following list. We recognise talent when we see it.
Highly proficient in spoken as well as written French and English;
You are enthusiastic, empathetic and easy to talk to;
You are quick in recognising and analysing problems and are thorough at finding solutions;
Experience in a customer facing role is a plus (e.g. customer service, sales or hospitality);
You are available for at least 16 hours per week, at least one day per weekend.
€16.08 is including the holiday pay of 8% and the 9.6% holiday allowance
