Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern supports the growth and expansion of MR MARVIS, contributing to a wide range of projects: from retail expansion to our new fragrance & skincare line, to exploring new markets and lines of business. This internship offers a unique opportunity to sit in the front row of business expansion at a rapidly scaling international organisation. The role requires a hands-on mentality, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. In return, you’ll gain valuable experience and exposure to the dynamic world of business development. You will work under the guidance of the Business Development Manager and collaborate with multiple teams across the organisation.

This is a full-time position for six months. Please note that we cannot guarantee a permanent position after the internship.

What you'll do

• Keep track of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth processes;

• Support the further rollout of our fragrance & skincare line;

• Contribute to the further development of the fragrance & skincare product range, from existing items to new innovations;

• Create area analyses for new retail opportunities, helping assess market potential across Europe and the UK;

• Work closely with internal teams — from marketing to retail — gathering input and feedback to strengthen projects;

• Support the further rollout and development of our shop-in-shop concept, ensuring partners are set up for success;

What you'll bring

• For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.

• A completed higher education degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field;

• A proactive approach and is eager to take on new challenges every day;

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to go above and beyond;

• Confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organisation;

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment;

• A structured and organised way of working;

• A social, open-minded team player.

• Experience to know you way around a spreadsheet, or eagerness to learn quickly;

• Fluency in English (a second language is a plus).
