Take your first steps in project management at MR MARVIS. To strengthen the creative team at our Amsterdam headquarters, we are looking for an ambitious intern with a hands-on approach. In this internship, your daily work will never be the same as the day before. You will work on multiple projects and campaigns, all of which require their own special treatment. The internship start date is in the beginning March.

What you'll do

• Support the Brand Project Manager in executing and delivering campaign-related tasks

• Help schedule meetings, reviews, and feedback moments

• Keep Asana campaign project timelines and feedback updated according to the latest developments

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming studio requests in Asana (project management tool)

• Ensure briefs are complete and clear before work starts

• Review, prioritise, and assign tasks to the Design Studio

• Serve as the link between Creative and other teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Brand, Product, Retail)

What you'll bring

• For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Fashion Branding or Marketing

• Part-time or full-time availability (32-40 hours per week)

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong interest in fashion and an affinity with sustainability

• Nice to have: experience in project management and/or event organisation
