We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (38h per week) to join the team at our new MR MARVIS Store in Belgium.

After the successful opening of stores in Antwerp, Ghent and Knokke, we are opening a new store in Brussels!

This position is available from September 2024. The expected store opening is October 2024.

What you'll do

• As Assistant Store Manager, you will act as the right-hand man to the Store Manager.

• Carry out the brand story like a true ambassador. You proudly radiate this to your team and to customers;

• Clienteling;

• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the shop, inside and outside.

  Managing/coaching/motivating the shop team;

• Support the Store Manager with achieving commercial targets of the shop;

• Active role in improving KPIs;

• Responsible for managing shop stock and other administrative tasks;

• Host and help organise events in the shop;

• You will take responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.

What you'll bring

• Experience in a similar role (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;

• Passion and enthusiasm for the MR MARVIS brand;

• Strong personality, flexible and representative;

• Ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;

• You are customer- and service-oriented;

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English. French or Dutch is a plus;

• Computer knowledge and ability to work with online tools;

• You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level;

• You are available 38 hours a week, and don't mind working weekends as well.
